Client Breakdown:

Scaling with paid ads isn’t something that needs to be drawn out over a long period of time. Having strong foundations in place with a brand is key before any paid ads are run. From a bird’s eye view, we could see this, so we reached out to them.

For this boutique ecomm store, we developed & built out a high converting paid traffic funnel with an intelligent remarketing campaign, to reclaim revenue that would’ve likely been lost otherwise. Something that wasn’t being taken full advantage of before we helped & money was being left on the table because of it.

Building a stable paid traffic funnel is like creating a machine that allows brands to insert an amount of advertising $ and receive 2, 3, 5, 8x that amount back.

Within the first fews of weeks of testing, we were able to spend $6.4k and turn that into $31.6k with a ROAS of 4.92, in just a 7 day period.

Fast-forward to the end of the month, we have since scaled the ad spend to $44k in just 30 days, while maintaining a ROAS of 4.2+ at all times & returned $186k.

Client Breakdown:

This ecommerce brand operates in the cosmetics & wellness niche. Before onboarding with the team at Stillwater Media, their primary source of traffic & sales was from influencer marketing. They had managed to grow the business to $25k MRR but seemed to hit a limit as to how much growth they could achieve.

Before we took over their account, we made a few recommendations to help them maximise conversions. This included tweaks to the website that offered better optimisation for mobile users, as well as improvements to upsells to increase the AOV of each customer, maximising profitability.

Starting from pretty much scratch when it came to paid ads, we tested different audiences, copy, creatives & media types to identify what ad sets would have the best response. Having a substantial in-depth understanding of the brands ideal target market and knowing what they wanted allowed us to be extremely profitable straight off the bat.

Within the first month we managed to spend $5,924 with a ROAS of 9.12, resulting in a return to the client of $54,006. We are now working on scaling ad spends while maintaining fierce profitability.

Having a strong USP is vital for any brand wanting to see highly profitable results at scale. This client is the perfect example that having a good USP & product-market-fit gives brands huge potential, they just need someone in their corner that can unlock that potential for them & generate results.

Before working with the team at Stillwater Media the client, who’s in the clothing niche, was struggling to scale their ads while maintaining profitability. Each time they tried to increase ad spend, things would slip, results would drop & they’d start to lose money. They were stuck and had hit a glass ceiling.

Since they came onboard we’ve been able to smash through that glass ceiling and comfortably scale their ad spend to £600+ /day while still maintaining more than 5x ROAS.

We were able to increase ad spend way past their usual amount in a profitable manner by restructuring how their campaigns were set up, creating ads that spoke directly to their target audience & providing an overall more stable foundation for their paid ads.

The client is now no longer limited by their ad spend & sales volume. There is still plenty of room for growth & they are currently working to increase their product production to stay ahead of future demand.

For an overview, we spent £17,627 with a ROAS of 5.28, resulting in a return to the client of £93,172. The account could be scaled higher, however the client is currently just under maximum production.
